Cita con ‘GastroUCA’, el campus gastronómico de la Universidad de Cádiz

La Universidad de Cádiz, a través del  Servicio de Extensión Universitaria del Vicerrectorado de Sostenibilidad y Cultura, presenta tres nuevas actividades teórico-degustativas enmarcadas dentro del programa GastroUCA.

El campus gastronómico de la Universidad de Cádiz, que incluye talleres impartidos por Javier Molina, Mario Tristán y María Romay (Candié), cuenta con el patrocinio de la Diputación de Cádiz.

  • Maridaje en Jerez by Candié: Se celebrará el martes 28 de octubre  de 2025, de 17:30 a 19:30 horas, en Jerez Xeres Sherry-Consejo Regulador De La Denominación de Origen (Av. Alcalde Álvaro Domecq, 2, 11402 Jerez de la Frontera). A través de esta Cata-Degustación, en un espacio con mucha solera, el Equipo Candié pondrá en valor sus destrezas en los fogones para ofrecer una experiencia gastronómica a los asistentes.
  • Galletería Gourmet:  Se celebrará el jueves 6 de noviembre de 2025, de 17:00 a 19:00 horas, en el Centro de Innovación UCA-SEA del Campus de Algeciras. El objetivo de esta formación es descubrir y degustar algunas alternativas del mundo de la galletería.
  • Cuchara de Palo: Tendrá lugar el jueves 13 de noviembre de 2025, de 17:30 a 19:30 horas, en el Patio del Convento de San Francisco en Cádiz. Este taller teórico-degustativo explora las diferentes posibilidades que existen en el maravilloso mundo de los potajes. 

El precio para cada taller es de 7 euros para la comunidad UCA y 10 euros para el público general.
