Jornada ‘Pueblo Gitano. ¿Tú vendes cal? 600 años de gitaneidad’

El próximo 8 de abril la Universidad de Cádiz celebra la jornada  Pueblo Gitano. ¿Tú vendes cal? 600 años de gitaneidad

Lugar: Salón de Actos, Facultad de Medicina (Campus de Cádiz)
Hora: Desde las 10:30 h

 Charlas sobre historia, identidad y prejuicios del pueblo gitano. Con la participación de referentes como Carmen Heredia, Francisco Cruz Torres y Alba Macías. Además, rendiremos homenaje a Juanito Villar, figura clave del flamenco y la cultura gitana. Participan instituciones locales y universitarias. Un espacio para el reconocimiento, la memoria y el orgullo de ser.

11:00 – 11:40 – Historia de vida
Ponente: D. Francisco Cruz Torres.

11:40 – 12:20 – Identidades gitanas. Una propuesta para la RAE
Ponente: Dña. Carmen Heredia (Profesora de la Universidad de Cádiz).

12:20 – 13:00 – Prejuicios sobre el pueblo gitano. Pasado y presente
Ponente: Dña. Alba Macías.

13:30 – Homenaje y reconocimiento a D. Juan José Villar Jiménez, Juanito Villar.
