GastroUCA: módulo sobre pastelería de convento

El  Servicio de Extensión Universitaria del Vicerrectorado de Sostenibilidad y Cultura de la Universidad de Cádiz presenta nuevas actividades formativas enmarcadas dentro del programa GastroUCA, el campus gastronómico de la Universidad de CádizLos talleres, impartidos por Javier Molina, María Romay y Mario Tristán (Candié), cuentan con el patrocinio de la Diputación de Cádiz.

La primera propuesta, MÓDULO 5. PASTELERÍA DE CONVENTO , se celebrará el jueves 21 de abril en el Claustro del Convento de San Francisco (Cádiz). En este nuevo taller demostrativo-degustativo hablaremos de la tradición pastelera que se elabora en los conventos y cómo el uso de la yema y los frutos secos en su mayoría almendra, las especias y años de tradición avalan uno de los referentes de nuestra cultura gastronómica.

El precio para cada taller es de 7 € para la comunidad UCA y 10 € para el público general. Todos los talleres tendrán lugar en horario de 17.30 a 19.30 horas.
