GastroUCA: módulo sobre la sal, el tesoro trimilenario

El  Servicio de Extensión Universitaria del Vicerrectorado de Sostenibilidad y Cultura de la Universidad de Cádiz presenta nuevas actividades formativas enmarcadas dentro del programa GastroUCA, el campus gastronómico de la Universidad de CádizLos talleres, impartidos por Javier Molina, María Romay y Mario Tristán (Candié), cuentan con el patrocinio de la Diputación de Cádiz.

La propuesta MÓDULO 8. LA SAL, EL TESORO TRIMILENARIO (CÁDIZ)  toma carta de naturaleza el martes 19 de mayo en  el Centro de Transferencia Empresarial El Olivillo de Cádiz, situado en la Avda. Duque de Nájera, 14 de la capital gaditana. Será este un taller teórico-degustativo, donde se hará hincapié en las propiedades, características y calidad que ofrece la sal de las costas gaditanas.

El precio para cada taller es de 7 € para la comunidad UCA y 10 € para el público general. Todos los talleres tendrán lugar en horario de 17.30 a 19.30 horas.
