  • Título: A07. EL RETO DE LA GOBERNANZA DE LAS UNIVERSIDADES PÚBLICAS

Objetivos

Heteronomía y Autonomía en el Gobierno de la Universidad: papel del Estado (Ley Orgánica), Comunidades Autónomas (leyes autonómicas) y Universidades (autonomía universitaria): ¿hacia una flexibilización de los marcos legales? La naturaleza jurídica de la Universidad: ¿hacia un cambio de paradigma? ¿consecuencias en el estatuto del profesorado? La participación de la sociedad en el Gobierno de la Universidad: ¿revisión del modelo de Consejos Sociales? La participación de los distintos colectivos de la comunidad universitaria (PDI, PAS, estudiantes): el Claustro y otros mecanismos representativos. La dirección política de la Universidad: ¿hacia un Consejo de Gobierno ejecutivo? ¿Representatividad versus modelo gerencial? La estructura de Centros, Departamentos e Institutos: disfunciones y alternativas Órganos unipersonales y colegiados: adopción de decisiones ágiles Órganos de gobierno y unidades de gestión: cargos académicos y profesionalización de la carrera del PAS.

 

Duración : 25 horas (15 horas presenciales + 10 horas en Campus Virtual).
Fechas de celebración : 12, 13 y 14 de julio de 2021.
Lugar de celebración: Edificio Constitución de 1812 (Antiguo Cuartel de la Bomba).
