Charla de Jesús Maeso en el edificio Andrés Segovia

La Universidad de Cádiz, a través de la Asociación Hypatia: Amigos de la Biblioteca de la UCA y con la colaboración de la Biblioteca universitaria, organiza una charla literaria con el escritor Jesús Maeso de la Torre, que se celebrará el lunes 26 de enero, de 17.30 a 19.00 horas, en la Sala de los Libros (Edificio Andrés Segovia) del campus de Cádiz. La actividad está abierta a lectores, estudiantes y personas interesadas en la historia y la literatura, con entrada libre hasta completar aforo.

El encuentro permitirá conocer de cerca la trayectoria, las fuentes de inspiración y las aportaciones de uno de los autores gaditanos más reconocidos del panorama de la novela histórica. Muy vinculado a  la Universidad de Cádiz, Jesús Maeso de la Torre ha desarrollado una extensa obra caracterizada por el rigor documental y una cuidada recreación de los contextos históricos, cualidades que han sido reconocidas con diversos premios y distinciones a lo largo de su carrera.
