UCA calls for seven predoctoral contracts for the accomplishment of industrial theses in Navantia

 

The Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia published today the resolution of the University of Cadiz by which it calls for public competition of seven predoctoral contracts of research staff for industrial theses in Navantia. The aim of this initiative, a pioneer in the whole of the Spanish university system, is to promote the research career of the best university curricula and to focus their activity towards research related to the connected lines, in this case, Navantia to respond in this way to their research and innovation needs. The deadline for submission of applications starts on the day following the publication and will end twenty calendar days afterwards, that is, next July 26th.

This call for predoctoral research contracts for researchers in training is carried out within the framework of doctoral programs attached to the University of Cadiz. The contracts and the corresponding research activity are linked to the execution of doctoral theses under the formula “industrial theses”, each of the seven research projects counts with the 50% co-financing of Navantia.

The seven contracts will focus on research lines linked to Navantia and will be attached to a doctoral program of UCA and that guarantees the highest qualification of the researchers in training.
