The University of Cádiz will introduce three new official degree programmes in its academic offer for the 2026/27 academic year 6 April 2026
The new offer includes one bachelor’s degree, one master’s degree and Andalusia’s first doctoral programme in Marketing and Market Research
The academic programme map of the University of Cádiz will continue to expand in the 2026/27 academic year with the introduction of three new official degrees, following favourable reports issued by the Andalusian Agency for Scientific and University Quality for the implementation of the Bachelor’s Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering, the Master’s Degree in Project Management and the Doctoral Programme in Marketing and Market Research.
With these additions, the University of Cádiz continues to broaden and diversify its academic offer, strengthening its presence across its different campuses and advancing its response to emerging academic and professional demands.
Specifically, the new Bachelor’s Degree in Renewable Energy Engineering will expand the undergraduate offer at the Bahía de Algeciras Campus, where it will be delivered by the Algeciras School of Engineering (ETSIA). Meanwhile, the Master’s Degree in Project Management will be incorporated into the postgraduate offer at the Puerto Real Campus, where it will be taught by the School of Engineering (ESI). This programme will also have an interuniversity nature in collaboration with the Universities of Málaga and Córdoba.
In addition, the new Doctoral Programme in Marketing and Market Research will be offered by the Doctoral School of the University of Cádiz (EDUCA) at the Jerez Campus, becoming the first doctoral programme in Andalusia focused on this field. This programme will also be developed in collaboration with the University of Málaga.
All three new degrees are included in the university degree planning framework of the Regional Government of Andalusia for the 2025–2029 period, which outlines the development of new official programmes across Andalusian public universities.
With this expansion, the University of Cádiz reinforces its commitment to an academic offer aligned with societal needs, the specialisation of its campuses and training in strategic fields for both the present and the future.
