The 2nd Conference on Internationalisation of the PAS is dedicated to Poland

The Vice-rectorate for Internationalisation, with the support of the Personnel area and the Rector’s Delegation for the SEA-EU, organises this activity for the Administration and Services Staff.

 

The Vice-rectorate for Internationalisation of the University of Cadiz has held for the second consecutive year the Internationalisation Conference for the Administration and Services Staff (PAS) of the UCA, which on this occasion is dedicated to the country of Poland. The assembly hall of the School of Engineering of the Campus of Puerto Real has hosted this meeting, which has the collaboration of the Personnel area and the Rector’s Delegation for the European University of the Seas SEA-EU.

Representatives from three Polish universities, the University of Gdansk (partner of the SEA-EU alliance), the State University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sacz and the Ateneum University of Gdansk, participated in order to share their experience with their counterparts in Cadiz. The programme was divided into conferences, with a subsequent question and answer session, where the speakers talked about the importance of internationalisation and its relationship with Human Resources, the relevance of the PAS in the SEA-EU European consortium, international research projects and exchange offices, as well as the programmes and grants that exist for stays in other universities from the Erasmus + programme and the challenges for the future in the European framework 2021-2027.
