With more than 1,500 registered participants, the 2nd International Meeting on the Blue Economy continues the path set in 2018, turning Cadiz into the capital of the Blue Economy throughout the week

The 2nd International Meeting on Knowledge and the Blue Economy, InnovAzul 2022, was attended by more than 1,500 participants, including researchers, professionals and students, to once again place Cadiz at the centre of international debate and demonstrate once again that the University of Cadiz, together with the participating administrations and companies, has among its priorities to continue leading the European strategy for the Blue Economy. The rector of the University of Cadiz, Francisco Piniella, accompanied by the vice-rector for Science and Technology Policy, Mª Jesus Mosquera, inaugurated the first sessions dedicated to Shipbuilding and Off-shore and Sustainability.
