XXXVI Congreso Anual de la Asociación Española de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social (AEDTSS)

La Asociación Española de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social celebra en 2026 su XXXVI Congreso Anual, que tendrá lugar los días 21 y 22 de mayo en la Facultad de Filosofía y Letras de Universidad de Cádiz, con la colaboración de su Departamento de Derecho del Trabajo y de la Seguridad Social. En esta edición, el Congreso lleva por título Discapacidad, inclusión en el trabajo y protección social, un ámbito de reflexión jurídica y social especialmente decisivo en el contexto actual de transformación del trabajo, avances legislativos y consolidación de una cultura de derechos inclusiva.

La elección del tema responde a la creciente relevancia que la discapacidad ha adquirido en las políticas públicas, en la agenda europea y en la acción normativa de los Estados.
