La Dirección General de Emprendimiento, Empresa y Egresados y las cátedras Andalucía Emprende y de Emprendedores de la Universidad de Cádiz organiza estos días un ciclo de seminarios en línea o digitales, conocidos por el término webminars, sobre mejorar las habilidades profesionales y de gestión frente a los cambios. El especialista en Recursos Humanos (RR. HH.) y socio director de la compañía ConTalento, Miguel Ángel Serralvo, ofrecerá el martes 28, a las 12 horas, El teletrabajo ha llegado para quedarse, donde tratará de los problemas e inconvenientes que “nos encontramos en una organización que esté teletrabajando; plantearemos cómo se debe gestionar los equipos en remoto y, compartiremos algunas herramientas que nos pueden ayudar a organizarnos mejor”.
