Los próximos 26 y 27 de septiembre de 2019 se celebrará en el Salón de Actos del INDESS, en el Campus de Jerez de la Universidad de Cádiz, el Congreso Internacional sobreTRANSPARENCIA, ACCESO A INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA Y LUCHA CONTRA LA CORRUPCIÓN. TRES EXPERIENCIAS A EXAMEN: ITALIA, BRASIL, ESPAÑA”

INAUGURACIÓN DEL CONGRESO Y PRIMERA SESIÓN – JUEVES 26 

DS 16 A 20 HORAS: “LA TRANSPARENCIA COMO PRINCIPIO CONSTITUCIONAL Y SU PROYECCIÓN SOBRE EL FUNCIONAMIENTO DE LOS PODERES PÚBLICOS”

En esta sesión cada ponente nacional realizará una descripción de la situación de su respectivo país en lo que se refiere a la regulación constitucional, y la práctica efectiva, del Principio de Transparencia y la manera en la que afecta a la actuación de los poderes públicos, en su más amplio sentido.

El objeto de esta sesión es conocer el ?estado de la cuestión? en lo que se refiere a la regulación del acceso a Información pública y el sistema de limitaciones que opera en cada uno de los tres países.

De 16.00  A 20.00 HORAS : “LA LUCHA CONTRA LA CORRUPCIÓN A LA BÚSQUEDA DEL BUEN GOBIERNO”

Dado que la corrupción se nos aparece como una especie de virus que corroe la esencia del constitucionalismo y degrada la idea democracia hasta extremos que denotan su fragilidad y abren dudas sobre su supervivencia, las ponencias explicarán qué medidas se han tomado y/o (en su caso) qué controles se han alzadodirigidos a poner coto al problema de la corrupción en la esfera pública.
