TEDxCádizUniversity 2019 es un evento con licencia TED y basado en la divulgación del conocimiento. Su edición de 2019 estará dedicada al tiempo, entendido desde un enfoque amplio que da cabida a temas tan diversos como la hipótesis científica de los viajes en el tiempo, el poder de la narrativa transmedia, la medición del tiempo, o cómo una charla con tu abuela te puede marcar la vida. El evento se basa en TED talks, prestigioso formato de charlas breves, intercaladas por actuaciones musicales y artísticas. Entre los ponentes de esta edición se encuentran, entre otros, Rozalén, Teresa Viejo o Dave Zulueta.
