Técnicas del Yoga

OBJETIVOS:
– Adquirir habilidades y conocimientos de Yoga clásico que posteriormente se incorpore en la vida diaria.
– Comprender los diferentes contenidos, tomando de referencia los ocho pasos del Yoga, tomar conciencia de ellos.
– Afrontar nuestras necesidades y limitaciones en el apartado físico y mental para desarrollarnos como personas. Aceptar la realidad.
– Promover el cambio a través de la presentación y posterior experimentación de las asanas (posturas) y la respiración.
– Preparación terapeútica y preventiva de las posturas y del movimiento cotidiano.
– Aprender y aplicar las técnicas de relajación.
– Generar una vida saludable.
– Permitir desarrollarnos al máximo.
– Desarrollar la creatividad en lo cotidiano.
– Encontrar la paz interior y la armonía, redescubrirla.
– Encontrar el equilibrio entre la tradición y la modernidad en el campo del Yoga Integral.
