Taller `Cocinando el entorno: Caviar vegetal y raíces´

Mañana 19 de abril tendrá lugar en el Edificio Constitución 1812 el taller “Cocinando el entorno: Caviar vegetal y raíces´´ , a cargo de Mario Tristán. Como objetivo  tiene enseñarnos a aprovechar la materia prima con recetas sencillas y poco invasivas, hacer valer los alimentos que nos brinda la tierra, así como ilustrarnos en como diferenciar productos de calidad y otros de grandes superficies

Lugar: Edificio Constitución 1812 – Aula 2 (Paseo de Carlos III, 3, 11003, Cádiz).
