Taller 3 HuertUCA: Técnicas de compostaje

Fecha: 10 de enero de 2019.
Lugar: HuertUCA, en el Complejo Deportivo del Campus de Puerto Real (parcela cercada).
Horario: De 16:00 horas a 20:00 horas

En este taller, conoceremos la importancia del compostaje y la transformación de la materia orgánica. Destacaremos la importancia de “cerrar el ciclo” en el huerto, desde la visión sistémica del mismo; Y estudiaremos las diferentes técnicas de compostaje, tales como el compostaje tradicional o en montón y el vermicompostaje, una técnica en la que las lombrices son las encargadas del proceso, así como su aplicación en el huerto y a nivel doméstico, entre otras.
