Se inicia el taller “Los secretos son mejores cuando son compartidos, así nuestra cocina y nuestra cultura pervivirán” en el Campus Gastronómico UCA

El jueves, 5 de diciembre de 2019 tendrán lugar en el  Gastrológico Food Lab de Cádiz el  taller “Los secretos son mejores cuando son compartidos, así nuestra cocina y nuestra cultura pervivirán”,  incluido en el nuevo programa formativo Campus Gastronómico y organizado por el  Servicio de Extensión Universitaria  del Vicerrectorado de Cultura de la Universidad de Cádiz.

El taller está coordinados por María Eulalia Robles Rábago, Graduada en Magisterio, Técnico Superior en Restauración, Máster en Gestión y Dirección de Hoteles y Doctora en Historia, con mención internacional, con la tesis “Evolución de los menús entre siglos, XIX a XX” y con Pablo Mariñas como chef, Técnico Superior en Restauración y Formador Titulado.

“Los secretos son mejores cuando son compartidos, así nuestra cocina y nuestra cultura pervivirán”. El taller pretende  transmitir la cocina heredada de nuestros mayores. Una cocina muy completa, donde tienen cabida los productos de la tierra y el mar que nos rodea, y cuyos ingredientes principales son además de la materia prima y la técnica, la paciencia y el cariño
