Se inicia el seminario ‘La construcción histórica de la cocina tradicional’ en los Cursos de Verano de Jerez 2025

El seminario La construcción histórica de la cocina tradicional, incluido en el programa de los Cursos de Verano de Jerez 2025, se imparte del 17 al 19 de septiembre en el Conjunto Monumental del Alcázar de Jerez.

El curso tiene como objetivo profundizar en esos factores, materiales e inmateriales, que construyen la cocina tradicional de cada pueblo. Un proceso, en continua edificación y mestizaje, en el que cada comunidad elige qué recetas, casi siempre llegadas en algún momento histórico desde fuera de la misma, recrea y asume como propias y representativas de su identidad común.
