Jornada Retolastre: Retos asociados a la entrada en vigor del convenio internacional de aguas de lastre

Después de muchos años de incertidumbre, el Convenio Internacional para el control y la gestión del agua de lastre y los sedimentos de los buques (OMI, 2004) ha entrado en vigor; no obstante, se percibe por parte de los organismos implicados una falta de información y coordinación en cuanto a la aplicación de dicho convenio. Con la Jornada RETOLASTRE se pretende analizar y discutir sobre algunos de estos retos, creando un punto de conexión entre la Universidad y los organismos afectados. Además, se pretende debatir sobre algunos de los escollos principales para la aplicación de esta convención, con el fin de proponer soluciones que faciliten su implantación.

Nos complace invitaros a todos a asistir a la jornada RetoLastre, que se celebrará el próximo día 1 de Diciembre en el salón de actos de la Autoridad Portuaria Bahía de Cádiz.
