Hatha Yoga Sudinanamaskar

Dirigido a todas las personas interesadas en el Yoga Integral, practicantes asiduos o de iniciación, que deseen la integración  del cuerpo, la mente y el espíritu en armonía y a ser posible con una sonrisa.

Se impartirán 14 clases presenciales de una hora y media de duración, se incluirán el contenido en conjunto, de forma progresiva, de menos a más profundizando en ellos cada vez más según la demanda de los alumnos y las alumnas:
1.Higiene Postural general y específica.
2.Técnicas de respiración. Pranayama.
3.Técnicas de relajación.
4.Asanas. Las posturas del Yoga clásico.
5.Mudras del Hatha Yoga y algunos clásicos de meditación.
6.Conceptos básicos de la filosofía del yoga y sus caminos, tipos de Yoga.
7.Los Chakras.
8.Atención plena, momento presente y concentración.
9.Meditación del Silencio. Cinco Mantras. Interioridad.
10.Desarrollo personal, el Silencio interior, la Paz , la compasión y la sonrisa hacia nuestro interior para controlar y calmar la mente.
