Da comienzo un nuevo seminario sobre Género en la programación de la XXIV edición de los Cursos de Otoño de la UCA en Jerez

Los días 25, 26 y 27 de septiembre de 2019 tendrá lugar en el Museo Arqueológico Municipal de Jerez, el seminario D-02“La Construcción del género en el sistema jurídico”,  incluido en el programa de la XXIV Edición de los Cursos de Otoño de la Universidad de Cádiz, organizado por el Vicerrectorado de Cultura de la Universidad de Cádiz y el Ayuntamiento de Jerez  y patrocinado por Santander Universidades.

 

Coordinado por  Dña. María Dolores Cervilla Garzón, catedrática de Derecho Civil de la Universidad de Cádiz.  El seminario pretende reflexionar, de la mano de especialista en la materia, sobre el nuevo concepto de “identidad de género” que trasciende la binariedad y que se percibe como un derecho fundamental del ciudadano. Para ello se expondrá y analizará la incidencia del género en el sistema judicial español partiendo de la más recientes y polémicas resoluciones judiciales. Su finalidad última no es otra que buscar y proponer fórmulas que faciliten la convivencia desde la diversidad
