Contratación pública ética y responsable: cláusulas sociales, ambientales, laborales y de igualdad de género

OBJETIVOS:

Este curso tiene la misión de poder ofrecer pautas para asegurar el cumplimiento de
cláusulas en aras de la transparencia y la búsqueda de la participación activa de
la ciudadanía en la construcción democrática de las instituciones.

PROGRAMA:

Coordinadores

Gonzalo Sánchez Gardey. Doctor en Organización de Empresas y Profesor Titular en del Departamento de Organización de Empresas de la Universidad de Cádiz. Desarrolla desde 2001 su trabajo de investigación en el ámbito de la dirección estratégica de los recursos humanos y la diversidad cultural.

Luis Ocaña Escolar. Licenciado en Derecho por la Universidad de Sevilla y en Ciencias del Trabajo por la Universidad Pablo de Olavide. Ejerce como abogado en la cooperativa Autonomía Sur de la que es socio-trabajador. Presidente de la sección andaluza de la cooperativa COOP57.

Óscar García Jurado. Doctor en Economía. Socio-trabajador en la cooperativa Autonomía Sur cooperativa andaluza, donde ejerce como economista en el Área de Estudios. Dentro de Coop57, entidad de servicios financieros éticos y solidarios, forma parte de la Comisión Delegada.
