Valor que aporta la investigación:

Familiarización con la elaboración de cervezas artesanales, ya que su producción está aumentando de manera considerable y ofrecen un abanico de posibilidades al que, en general, no estábamos habituados. Iniciación a la cata de cerveza para que, como consumidores, sepamos apreciar las características sensoriales del alimento que estamos consumiendo. De esta manera, podremos escoger el que más se adecue a nuestras necesidades y más disfrutaremos de él. Puesta en valor de los alimentos artesanales y producidos en nuestro entorno.


El taller consistirá en una breve introducción sobre la elaboración de cervezas artesanales y los tipos que podemos encontrar para a continuación realizar una cata de 6 tipos de cervezas artesanales, resaltando sus diferencias sensoriales.

 

Se facilitará un pack a los participantes y se realizará la cata de forma virtual.
