1st Spanish Fluid Mechanics Conference

El 1st Spanish Fluid Mechanics Conference con 190 participantes. Este segundo evento es la primera edición del Congreso Nacional de Mecánica de Fluidos. La singularidad de este evento es que es la primera vez que se celebra y es en nuestra universidad. El acto inaugural contará con la intervención del ingeniero Amable Liñán Martínez, autoridad mundial en Mecánica de Fluidos y Combustión y científico de gran relevancia en nuestro país, que recibió el premio Príncipe de Asturias de Investigación Científica y Técnica 1993 entre otros premios. Además, es doctor honoris causa de las Univ. Carlos III, de Zaragoza y Politécnica de Valencia, y miembro de las RRAA de la Ingeniería y de Ciencias de nuestro país.
