12th International Joint Conference on Rough Sets

La Universidad de Cádiz acogerá en el Edificio Constitución 1812 (aulario La Bomba), del 26 al 29 de mayo de 2026, la celebración de la 12th International Joint Conference on Rough Sets (IJCRS 2026), el principal congreso internacional promovido por la International Rough Set Society (IRSS), dedicado a la investigación en conjuntos rugosos y en disciplinas vinculadas como la computación granular, los modelos de decisión a tres niveles y la lógica difusa.

El evento lo está organizando el grupo de investigación M·CIS de la Universidad de Cádiz, y contará con la participación de investigadores, especialistas y alumnado de múltiples nacionalidades. Asimismo, colaboran en la organización la Universidad de Gante (Bélgica), la Universidad de Varsovia (Polonia) y la Universidad de Regina (Canadá), junto a la sociedad científica internacional International Rough Set Society.

IJCRS 2026 tiene como objetivo convertirse en el principal espacio internacional para la difusión de avances teóricos y aplicaciones reales relacionadas con los sistemas inteligentes y el tratamiento de información procedente de bases de datos imperfectas. En este sentido, el congreso permitirá compartir resultados científicos innovadores, fomentar el debate académico y promover el intercambio de ideas entre universidad y empresa.
