Instrucción para presentación facturas en papel a la Universidad de Cádiz:

 

Como consecuencia de la entrada en vigor del Real Decreto 463/2020 de las medidas del Gobierno destinadas a frenar el COVID-19, las oficinas presenciales del Registro General de la Universidad de Cádiz se encuentran cerradas, si bien pueden seguir utilizando el portal ordinario de presentación electrónica FACe, sobre el cual disponen de información en las siguientes direcciones:

No obstante, aquéllos que según la Ley 25/2013 cumplan la condiciones necesarias para poder presentar facturas en papel, podrán utilizar la misma prerrogativa a través de la Sede electrónica de la Universidad de Cádiz y su Registro administrativo electrónico, al que los proveedores pueden acceder desde la URL: https://sedelectronica.uca.es/servicios/registro-electronico/, a través de la opción “Solicitud genérica (Registro electrónico”).

 

Para utilizar válidamente esta última vía deberá adjuntar la factura firmada electrónicamente mediante firma o sello electrónicos expedidos por prestador incluido en la “Lista de confianza de prestadores de servicios de certificación’’ (FNMT-RCM y otros) de modo que durante su transmisión se garantice la autenticidad de su origen y la integridad de su contenido. Dicha factura deberá igualmente observar todos los requisitos necesarios para su correcta emisión.
