‘Un Patrimonio Desconocido. Los Pueblos de Colonización de Cádiz’

El próximo 18 de enero tendrá lugar la conferencia de Ricarda López González “Un patrimonio desconocido: Los pueblos de colonización de Cádiz”, ilustrados con las fotografías de Rosa María Toribio Ruíz.

Dicha conferencia comenzará a las 18:00 h y tendrá lugar en la Sala de los Libros del Edificio Andrés Segovia, ​c/ Doctor Marañón, 3 Cádiz.

Aprovechamos para recordar que está disponible de forma libre y gratuita en el repositorio RODIN de la Universidad de Cádiz, el libro electrónico Un patrimonio desconocido. Los Pueblos de Colonización de Jerez.

Dicha obra describe el proceso de creación y construcción de hasta ocho poblados de colonización durante los años 40 y 50 del pasado siglo XX en el término de Jerez, haciendo especial hincapié en sus aspectos arquitectónicos y artísticos.

Los textos son obra de Ricarda López González, licenciada en Historia y profesora de Geografía e Historia de IES. Las fotografías han sido realizadas por Rosa M. Toribio Ruiz, doctora en Historia y directora de la Biblioteca del Campus de Jerez de la UCA, autoras ambas de numerosos trabajos históricos y profesionales
