Reducción del estrés basado en “Mindfulness” (MBSR)

El objetivo de estos talleres es explorar como la conciencia y comprensión del estrés puede ayudarnos a reconocerlo en nosotros y a encontrar formas saludables de afrontarlo, explorar la conexión mente-cuerpo, y darnos cuenta del papel que nuestros pensamientos, emociones, sensaciones y patrones de conducta tienen en nuestra calidad de vida y salud.

El programa desarrolla en sus ocho sesiones los siguientes aspectos:
1ª- Qué es mindfulness. Modos de funcionamiento de la mente.
2ª- Percepción.
3ª- Emociones.
4ª- Pensamientos
5ª- Cómo reconocer el estrés
6ª- Manejo del estrés.
7ª- Comunicación.
8ª- Integración de Mindfulness en la vida cotidiana.

“Estar presente momento a momento, deliberadamente y sin juzgar, en aquello que está ocurriendo”.

La reacción al estrés, por definición, sucede de forma automática e inconsciente. Mindfulness al incrementar nuestro nivel de conciencia puede cambiar toda la situación interna, incluso antes de llevar a cabo algún tipo de acción.
Podemos aprender a experimentar de forma consciente la tensión que se produce en nuestro cuerpo en los momentos de estrés, lo que nos permite dar una respuesta deliberada a lo que está ocurriendo en vez de reaccionar automáticamente.
Esta respuesta interna sería casi imposible sin entrenamiento y esto es lo que hacemos al practicar sistemáticamente Mindfulness, cuyo aprendizaje se realiza en este PROGRAMA DE REDUCCION DEL ESTRÉS BASADO EN MINDFULNESS
