¿Cómo puedo participar en la conservación de la biodiversidad y geobiodiversidad?

Mediante esta jornada formativa se pretende acercar a la comunidad universitaria a iniciativas que se desarrollan en su entorno más cercano y que resultan claves para
la Conservación de la Biodiversidad.

La jornada contará con una breve ponencia acerca del contexto de conservación y gestión de los espacios naturales de la Red Natura 2000. Se realizará una breve introducción al concepto de la Ciencia Ciudadana, término que se refiere a la investigación llevada a cabo por un grupo de personas en las que se dan encuentro los científicos convencionales con ciudadanos que aportan su
conocimiento y esfuerzo de manera voluntaria. Esta manera de contribuir a la ciencia es cada día más importante.

Se presentará el evento City Nature Challenge, bioblitz a nivel mundial en el que, a través de la Sociedad Gaditana de Historia Natural,participará la Bahía de Cádiz.

Esta cuarta jornada de la VIII Semana Actúa en Verde de la UCA , se desarrolla en el Centro de Visitantes del Parque Natural Bahía de Cádiz, como ejemplo de equipamiento ligado a un espacio natural protegido.
