At the beginning of academic year, students are distributed in groups according to the first letter of his surname. The student can change group if he hands in this petition in the wardenship of the ESI, arguing sufficient motives for his possible approval.
Students who request Date of Special Examination due to Coincidence Exams in the same day, of subjects of the same study plan, in September 2009, they will have to refill this form and deliver it in the wardenship of the ESI until the next July 24, 2009 at 2 p.m.
Students who do not request it, they will NOT have right to examination.
Therefore, all students who want to take an exam, they will have to hand in his request.
After requesting the special call, it is necessary to deliver to the lecturer this written proof of having attended to the coincident examination, for be able to take an examination in the special call.
